I can’t show you all their portraits yet, but I absolutely must show you SOME because these are stunning. Chi and Shunsuke met at the University of Maine in Orono. They are both international students, and since they fell in love in Maine they wanted to have engagement portraits taken here before they graduated. Chi will remain in Maine until the end of the summer to finish the final portion of her thesis, but Sunsuke has already departed for Japan (where he is from). They will have a traditional ceremony in Chi’s home country, and the reception will take place in his. I thought that was a beautiful way to tie in both of their backgrounds and families!
