DO YOU TRAVEL?

At this time, I'm available for travel within a 1 hour radius of Winterport, Maine.

WHAT IF SOMETHING HAPPENS TO YOU BEFORE OUR WEDDING?

I've been a photographer in Maine for 10 years, and I have a strong network of fellow professionals. I feel confident that someone would be able to step in, should I need help.

DO YOU POSE US?

Yes and no. I mostly work in the background, capturing the moments as they happen. But when it comes time for portraits with just the two of you, I will help guide you into sweet, flattering poses.

DO YOU USE FLASH OR NATURAL LIGHT?

I'm proficient with both! Most of the time, I use natural light up until the dance floor... at which point, I set up small flash units to catch the action

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD WE BOOK?
I photograph portraits on weekday evenings, and my calendar typically books up about 3-6 months in advance for portrait sessions.

WHO CHOOSES THE LOCATION?
I have a few favorite locations around Bangor and Acadia National Park. You're welcome to request I visit you someplace with sentimental value, but if you don't have any emotional ties to a location it's best to let me choose the area where we can get the most out of the lighting and scenery! I'll ask if you prefer woods, beach, or field and we can go from there.

WHAT IF IT RAINS?

I keep space open for rain dates each week. No big deal!

WILL YOU MAKE ME TWIRL?
Probably. I'll have you do all kinds of things that feel silly in real life, but look beautiful on camera. We're going for natural, effortless movement and genuine smiles!
