You know how they say rain on your wedding day means good luck? Well Jen and Mike are in for a lifetime of good fortune, because it absoloutley poured on their wedding day at the Bar Harbor Inn! We were able to sneak outside during the less-rainy bits, though, and took some incredible portraits (make sure you scroll through to the end!). Their wedding marked a decade of love + friendship together, and I’m so happy to have been there to capture everything :)

^ Be sure to read the labels on those bottles ;) One says “You’re getting lucky tonight and for the rest of your life!” and the other reads “Produced and bottled by Burton Wedding, Bar Harbor, Maine”. I’ve never seen custom jager labels before!

^ Lint rolling is serious business.

^ Mike attaching the boutonniere to Dylan’s jacket. And Dylan refusing to look (he was afraid of getting poked!).

^ Handsome ring bearer! He did such a good job!

^ He wrote her the sweetest FOUR PAGE LETTER and gave her diamonds as a gift on their wedding day.

^ It rained, so they moved the ceremony inside. I think she was a little bummed at first… but that huge smile is proof that the only thing that truly matters on your wedding day is marrying the love of your life!

^ We rushed outside in the lull of the storm for a few portraits. It was a bit chilly!

^ I saw a beautiful portrait opportunity, and but it required traversing around this giant puddle. Jen was prepared; Mike was not.
